How to place your order
Our process
I place custom orders on a monthly basis. There's a 20lb minimum order requirement on the 1lb and 5lb chubs, (of one type, no mix and match. Sorry) because I'm required to order by the 40lb case.
The overstock is available with no minimum order requirements. If your dog doesn't have any dietary restrictions this is also a great way to order!
1. You email your order to gusnphoebes@gmail.com
2. I email you an order confirmation with your total.
3. 50% payment of the order is due by the order deadline date, with the remaining due the day the order arrives (not the date it's picked up). Main form of payment is done by etransfer.
4. I send out an email the week before the order is due to arrive with the pick up and delivery times. These change with the season. Prompt pick up in the summer is best. I am flexible on pick up times if arrangements are made.
**Delivery to a central location in Kelowna and Lake Country once a month.
**Delivery to Kamloops currently tbd.
** Vernon and surrounding areas pick up from my home in Armstrong.
